How information is used

Booking information is used to respond to your ride request, provide a price quote, coordinate pickup, communicate changes, and provide transportation service. Booking details are sent to WhatsApp only when you choose to submit the booking.

Payments

The website does not collect Zelle login credentials or bank passwords. Payment details are confirmed directly with DG EXPRESS BOSS LLC after a ride price is agreed.

Location permission

Location access is optional. You can type your pickup address instead. Your browser controls location permission and you may revoke it through your device settings.
