When you request a ride, you may provide your name, phone number, pickup location, destination, ride date and time, passenger count, trip notes, and payment preference. If you choose “Use My Location,” your browser may provide latitude and longitude after you grant permission.

How information is used

Booking information is used to respond to your ride request, provide a price quote, coordinate pickup, communicate changes, and provide transportation service. Booking details are sent to WhatsApp only when you choose to submit the booking.

Payments

The website does not collect Zelle login credentials or bank passwords. Payment details are confirmed directly with DG EXPRESS BOSS LLC after a ride price is agreed.

Location permission

Location access is optional. You can type your pickup address instead. Your browser controls location permission and you may revoke it through your device settings.

Booking dashboard and analytics

When cloud booking is enabled, ride requests are stored in the DG EXPRESS BOSS LLC Cloudflare D1 database so authorized staff can manage quotes, confirmations, completed rides and receipts. The website also uses a random anonymous browser identifier to count page visits and booking/contact actions. This identifier is not intended to identify you by name.
