If you need to change or cancel a ride, contact DG EXPRESS BOSS LLC on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Because reserved time and travel may be committed to your booking, a cancellation or waiting charge may apply when disclosed and agreed for that booking.

Airport pickups

Please provide accurate flight information. If a flight is delayed or changed, contact the driver when possible so pickup timing can be adjusted.

No-show situations

If the driver cannot reach the passenger at the agreed pickup location after reasonable attempts to contact them, the ride may be treated as a no-show. Any applicable charge should be communicated based on the booking circumstances.

Refunds

If a prepayment was made and a refund is due, DG EXPRESS BOSS LLC will coordinate the refund directly with the customer using an appropriate payment method.
